I'm pretty sad that the Masters of the Universe ReAction line from Super7 has come to an end. But at the same time, I'm kind of glad that I'm not on the hook for an endless barrage of color variants now. Over the course of 5 years, they have released a lot of repaints. I mean, I count ten different He-Man variations, nine Mer-Man, and 8 Beast Man. Luckily Teela only has five variants and Sorceress has three - all the other ladies only have single releases. That said, it was really fun collecting all these and I do truly hope that Mattel releases portions of the license back to Super7 eventually. For some reason I really want a Queen Marlena in this scale - not to mention a million more Princess of Power characters (Glimmer, Catra, Scorpia, Angella, and on and on...) But in the meantime I can look forward to the Cheetara and Jem figures coming out soon. Plus Super7 is always good for surprise properties. I'm sure they have something new and interesting brewing already. Let's check out the Teela variants below!

ReAction Figures Wave 3
TEELA (Vintage Toy Colors)
Super7 2017
This was the first Teela figure to come out back in 2017. I was still on the fence about the line back then. I had picked up the sorceress figure in Wave 2 and she looks pretty atrocious. The face paint, as minimal as it was intended to be, was always off center and sloppy. Over time, these apps improved greatly, but the older figures are still rough. Honestly this was the last figure I picked up (only last Fall).

TEELA (Snake Goddess)
Super7 2018
I really enjoy Snake Goddess repaints of Teela. Before the original He-Man cartoon was made and the storylines were fleshed out, the Teela action figure was intended to play dual roles of Warrior and Sorceress. Instead of the feathery falcon-themed Sorceress we know and love, this original Sorceress was snake-themed and has green skin. That's the origin behind the snake armor that never appeared in the cartoon, but seemingly comes with every iteration of the toy.

TEELA (Shiva Colors)
Super7 2019
I never knew the backstory of this color variation until I was researching it for this review. My best guess is that this is a nod to a custom-creation posted around the internet several year ago named Falsa, an evil robot clone of Teela and bride of Faker. There's no direct indication that they are connected, but they certainly look similar. Either way, I love this variation.

ReAction Heroic Warriors Blind Box
TEELA (Filmation Colors)
Super7 2019
In 2019, Super7 released two collections of blind box figures (Heroic Warriors and Evil Warriors). Each collection contained eight potential figures, four standard-looking characters paired with unique variants of the same character. Teela was the only female included (still shocked Evil-Lyn wasn't included... Filmation and 200x variants would have been great). This Teela is very similar to the original release, but has brighter colors to match the cartoon.

ReAction Heroic Warriors Blind Box
TEELA (Golden Goddess)
Super7 2019
This variation has me stumped. I couldn't find any reference to Teela ever appearing in this deco. So it's very likely it's just a random Super7 creation (or maybe an Anti-Eternia Teela?) I'm still surprised we never saw the obvious mini-comics pink Teela.
Time for some Group and Comparison Pics!
Cheers!
