Leading up to the release of Jurassic World: Dominion, I made an effort to re-watch all the movies. The surprising thing was I quickly realized I had never actually seen The Lost World: Jurassic Park. My vague memories lead me to think I was protesting the movie because I had read about the differences from the book. I was a pretty big Crichton fan in my teen years and I think I was appalled at the (perceived) insult to the source material. Of course my memories of the book are even fuzzier now and I enjoyed the movie quite a bit now that I finally saw it. Julianne Moore plays Dr. Sarah Harding, a behavioral paleontologist and Ian Malcolm's girlfriend. She is a strong-willed character who puts the pursuit of knowledge before her own safety, much to Malcolm's dismay. She is a great character for a movie like this, because she gets into trouble and is a catalyst for good drama, but she never comes across like a damsel in distress. This toy was unexpected, but much appreciated. Let's check out Sarah below!
This box set has pretty unique packaging and is designed to look like a dinosaur transport truck.
The set is exclusive to Target in the US.
Sarah's only accessory is a camera.
This set comes with two highly-articulated Stegosaurus figures.
The big one has an action feature where her tail whips when you press one of her dorsal plates down.
They barely fit in my photo tent so I only got this one shot.
Time for some Comparison Pics!
Here is Sarah next to the recent Kayla Watts from Dominion. I was surprised how differently-scaled they seem to be. When I get the upcoming Maisie and Ellie Sattler I will take a huge group shot.
Cheers!
