Titan Hero Series - IRONHEART (BOTH VERSIONS)!

Marvel Titan Hero Series - Wakanda Forever - Ironheart (x2) - Hasbro 2022

I have known that there was an Ironheart television series coming out on Disney+ for a couple years now. This character is one of my favorite things to come out of modern Marvel comics so I was pretty excited for this show. But I was completely unaware that she was making her live-action debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever until I saw a blurry leaked photo of this Marvel Titan Heroes Series figure in Wakanda packaging. But this actually makes sense since Shuri was a major character in the second story arc of the Ironheart comic (fingers crossed Silhouette makes a cameo!) But another surprise came when two versions of this figure were released simultaneously. There are some significant differences, but my favorite version is actually a combination of the two so I thought it best to post a joint review to explain my reasonings. I also understand that Riri has at least two additional costumes in this movie so I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of her in the toy aisles. Let's check out Ironheart below!

Below are the two packaging scenarios for these figures.
I will keep the the Left-Right orientation consistent.

On the LEFT is the deluxe version. She stands 11.5" tall and comes with a lot of accessories.
On the RIGHT is the 3-Pack version. She stands 12.5" inches tall with new legs and a translucent helmet top.

The sculptural and height difference is all in her legs.
You can see that both figures have the same torsos, including the back and forearm ports for attaching armor accessories.

Both figures have the same articulation: Hinge-and-Swivel arms and legs, and a ball-jointed head.

Here are the accessories that the Deluxe 11.5" Ironheart comes with: a "backpack" with flight thrusters, two cannons that mount on the backpack, and two different forearm-mounted cannons (one of which can shoot the blue projectile missiles). Note the 3-Pack 12.5" version comes with no accessories.

Here is the Deluxe 11.5" version all suited up.
I feel that she looks a little bulky and weighed-down by the large armor and weapon pieces.

And here is an image showing the translucency of the 12.5" 3-Pack figure's helmet.
Only the black portion on the top is a see-through.

Interestingly enough, the toys released so far are the only look we've had of the Ironheart armor.
It would be amusing if these figures were made from concept art and we never saw this look in the film.

As I mentioned in the beginning, my favorite version of a Titan Ironheart is a combination of the two figures. I prefer the bulkier, armored legs of the 12.5" figure with the accessories from the 11.5" figure. I think the added height and armored legs balances out the large accessories.

All photos past this point are a kitbash of the 3-Pack figure wearing the Deluxe figure's accessories.

Time for some Group and Comparison Pics!

Here are the three Wakanda Forever Ironheart figures so far: 11.5" Deluxe Titan, Marvel Legends Deluxe, and the 12.5" 3-Pack Titan.

Here is the 12.5" 3-Pack Ironheart with her pack-mates, Namor and Shuri.

And here is the 11.5" Deluxe Ironheart with Shuri.

Cheers!
